The superior style of the house and their hosts made our visit magnificent! The beautiful decoration, paintings, sculptures, furniture, huge rooms with pretty ceilings, enormous windows, huge bathroom, bath and shower, very high quality of bed clothes, towels and robes, fantastically decorated dinning table and the delicatessen choice of food. But first of all we loved the friendliness of the hosts, their advices where to go, what to see, what to do etc. Any subject could be discussed freely, all these made our stay superb, best ever!

A perfect "ten." The Breitner House is a treasure, and the owners are delightful. Breakfast is an event, beautifully presented. Suite is enormous and beautiful. Staying at Breitner House is an experience, and it was absolutely perfect for us. I cannot imagine that the owners will be able to maintain this level of service. It is also great value in a very expensive city. It is a great way to experience Amsterdam, unless you just want to be in the noisy center of town. Trams worked fine for us, as there are two tram stops outside the townhouse door. My husband and I even invited the owners to call and visit us if they visit our city. Jan and Chris

We had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. The atmosphere was magical and the hotel was very clean. We loved the facilities provided, like the well-stocked mini-bar and the garden where we enjoyed our fine wine. The hotel's location was just perfect, right next to a massive park. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was sumptuous.
Absolutely nothing.

the owners, Camilla and Guido, made us feel incredibly welcome, treating us like family and ensuring that our experience in Amsterdam was perfect. the attention to detail in every aspect of the house, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the exquisite breakfast, was exceptional. the location was also ideal, with a great coffee shop just around the corner. We can't recommend Breitner House highly enough. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

We liked everything at our stay: the welcome was very warm and it was more coming into the house of friends than checking into a hotel. The suites are incredible - tasteful, luxurious, lots of space, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, tasty goodies, wine, saoft drinks - all included. We had the ground suite with a little terrasse and the weather was good enough to sit outside. Location is great as there are two trams stopping in front of the house with easy access to the most important parts of the city. It only took us 45 min door to door from the airport. Camilla and Guido are incredible hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They know the city like the back of their hands and gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner. Guido even took us to the Joordan quarter to save us the trouble of changing tram and we were dropped right next to the beautiful Saturdy market. Breakfast was the best we have ever come across : little quiches, tiny Dutch pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs, fresh juice, champagne, salmon, variety of cheese, delicious coffee, cake.....enough to keep us going to dinner. They have only been open for three month but already incredibly popular - no wonder. if we return to Amsterdam - that's where we will stay again - if we are lucky enough to get a room!

The location of this hotel is ideal for tourists who want to see the sights and the nearby park is great for a morning stroll. the hotel is situated in the best spot to eat at the town’s most attractive restaurant. It’s also really convenient to get anywhere in the city thanks to the public transportation nearby.

The pastries were fabulous and the drinks were amazing. They gave us a warm welcome and some useful tips about the city. Also, the location was excellent - easy to get around town.
There was no air conditioning and it was extremely hot in the room. We also heard a lot of noise, it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom was outdated and not very clean. The room was also quite small, and we had a lot of trouble with the wi-fi connection. not a great experience.
